Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-frequency amplifier circuit having high output and high efficiency. The high-frequency amplifier circuit comprises a first microwave harmonic processing circuit (102) connected to an output terminal of a transistor (101), a second microwave harmonic processing circuit (103), and a fundamental wave matching circuit (104) connected to a latter part of each of the first microwave harmonic processing circuit (102) and the second microwave harmonic processing circuit (103), wherein multiple pieces of the first microwave harmonic processing circuits (102) and multiple pieces of the second microwave harmonic processing circuits (103) are provided in the circuit.
