Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant carbon-carbon composite body and a production method therefor, and a carbon fiber prefab, relating to the technical field of solar photovoltaics. The method comprises: laying at least one layer of carbon fiber web on the surface of a carbon fiber assembly having few weave points, and then needle punching to form a composite cloth; providing a carbon fiber structure on the outer surface of a mold to obtain a carbon fiber prefab; the carbon fiber structure comprises: a stacked machined layer and a first prefab body; at least one machined layer comprises a mesh structure; the mesh structure is formed by laying at least one layer of multi-weave point carbon fiber fabric; removing the mold from the carbon fiber prefab and performing densification, obtaining a machined precursor; and removing the machined layer from the machined precursor. The carbon fibers are arranged straight and evenly to maximize the tensile properties of carbon fibers. The composite cloth reduces the intrusion channels of high-temperature steam and prolongs the life of the high-temperature-resistant carbon-carbon composite body. The machined layer facilitates vapor deposition and can prevent surface crusting.
