Abstract:
Provided is a hot-melt composition in which a reduction in stretch recovery properties and rupturing are suppressed even after heating and holding in a stretched state, and which can be applied with an ordinary hot-melt coating device due to having excellent coating properties. This hot-melt composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A) and a plasticizer (B) and when, in order to obtain a master curve, the dynamic viscoelasticity is measured under conditions where the temperature is -20 to 120°C and the frequency (f) is -0.2 to 2.0 Hz, and the logarithm (log(G')) of the measured storage elastic modulus (G') and the logarithm (log(G'')) of the measured loss elastic modulus (G'') are plotted against the logarithm (log(f)) of the frequency (f), with 40°C serving as the reference temperature, the hot melt composition is characterized in that (1) the value of log(f) is -2.5 or lower at a point in the range of -6.0 < log(f) < -1.0, where log(G'') is maximum, and (2) the value of the logarithm (log(tan δ)) of tan δ calculated by (G''/G') is zero or lower when the value of log(f) is -4.
