Abstract:

The present invention relates to a hydrated acellular skin substitute and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention enables manufacturing of an acellular skin substitute, having softness imparted thereto, by obtaining an acellular dermal matrix via decellularization, which does not utilize a surfactant or an enzyme, and performing treatment with a sodium sulfide solution and immersion in a bio-derived polymer solution.
