Abstract:
An image management system according to the present invention comprises: one or a plurality of image information providing terminals; one or a plurality of browsing terminals; and one image management server connected to the image information providing terminals and the browsing terminals through a network. The image management server is provided with: a record storage unit which receives and stores, as one record, internal image data and image quality information data transmitted from a data transmission unit of each of the image information providing terminals; a selection condition receiving unit which receives selection condition data to be described later that has been transmitted from each of the browsing terminals; a record extraction unit which extracts a record including the image quality information data corresponding to the selection condition data from among a plurality of records stored in the record storage unit; and a record transmission unit which transmits, to the browsing terminals, the extracted record that has been extracted by the record extraction unit. According to the present invention, information is available for generating internal image data of good quality under proper conditions according to the type of a target object or the state of the image generation device. In addition, the internal image data generated by the image generation device can determine whether the quality of the internal image is good, which is represented by the internal image data generated by the image generation device.
