Abstract:
An image sensor 21, a camera module 20, an electronic device 100, an image generation method and apparatus, a computer readable storage medium, and a computer program product. The image sensor 21 comprises a filter array 23 and a pixel array 24; the filter array 23 comprises a minimum repeating unit 230; the minimum repeating unit 230 comprises a plurality of filter groups, and each filter group comprises first subunits 233 and second subunits 234; each subunit comprises a panchromatic filter 235 and a color filter 236, the color filters 236 in the first subunit 233 are arranged on a diagonal in the first subunit 233 where the color filters 236 are located, and the color filters 236 in the second subunit 234 are arranged on a back-diagonal in the second subunit 233 where the color filters 236 are located. A light inlet amount transmitted by the panchromatic filter 235 is greater than a light inlet amount transmitted by the color filter 236; each filter comprises N rows and N columns of sub-filters having the same color as the filter, and N is a positive integer.
