Abstract:
An imaging device comprising a lens, a camera and an image display unit is provided which makes it easy to recognize focusing of an optical lens. When the focus of the lens 31 moves, a focus-operation-in-process signal is generated and is multiplexed on the AUX of a video signal for the additional 0.1-1 seconds during which the focus of the lens is moving on the camera side; the focus-operation-in-process signal is separated from the AUX of the video signal (SDI) by a camera control unit 54, a contour is colored, and the image with the colored contour is displayed by a large screen image display unit 43.
