Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with: multiple first pixels and multiple second pixels positioned in the same column among multiple pixels arranged in the form of a matrix, wherein each of the pixels includes a photoelectric conversion unit for converting incident light into an electrical charge, a first transistor, either the source or drain of which is connected to the photoelectric conversion unit, and a second transistor, the gate of which is connected to the first photoelectric conversion part and either the source or drain of which is connected to the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor; a first current source connected to either the sources or drains of the second transistors of the multiple first pixels; a second current source connected to either the sources or drains of the second transistors of the multiple second pixels; and a signal line connected to the other of the sources and the drains of the second transistors of the multiple first pixels and the multiple second pixels.
