Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to increase learning efficiency by linking an electronic dictionary content and a textbook content with each other. A processor 2 uses a database 33 to search for an inputted search term, identifies an electronic dictionary content 31 having the search term as a headword, and causes a display unit 4 to display a list of textbook contents 32 describing the search term together with explanatory information such as a meaning associated with the search term. When any one of the textbook content 32 is selected from the list of textbook contents 32, the processor 2 causes the display unit 4 to display this textbook content 32 while a page containing the search term is open. When the textbook content 32 is hidden by another application, the textbook content 32 is moved to the frontmost position and displayed so as to be easily visible to the user.
