Abstract:
An information processing device (100, 200) is characterized by including: an acquiring unit (232) for acquiring route information indicating a travel route of a vehicle to a destination, map information corresponding to the travel route, and current position information indicating a current position of the vehicle; an estimating unit (234) for estimating a call recommendation time period for recommending a call to a driver of the vehicle, from within a driving period during which the vehicle is being driven along the travel route, on the basis of the route information, the map information, and the current position information; and a providing unit (134) for providing schedule information indicating the call recommendation time period to an external device (300).
