Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program which are capable of suitably encouraging posture improvement. A user state estimation unit estimates the state of a user on the basis of measurement results from a sensor unit that performs measurements on the user. A state change determination unit compares latest estimation results from the user state estimation unit with previous estimate results to determine whether there is a change in the state of the user. Additionally, a feedback control unit performs feedback control such that, if the determination results indicates that there is a change in the state of the user, a feedback device that three-dimensionally represents the state of the user operates according to the change. The present technology can be applied, for example, to a user posture feedback system having a small feedback device to be placed on a desk.
