Abstract:
Provided are an information processing system, an information processing method, and an information processing program which can enhance the efficiency of diagnosis performed by three parties of an image-capturing person, an image reader, and a diagnostician by using CAD results. A first information processing device transmits an execution result of a lesion detection process executed on a medical image. A second information processing device executes a control for displaying the medical image and the execution result, and transmits first input information input by an image-capturing person for the execution result. A third information processing device performs a control for displaying the medical image, the execution result, and the first input information, and transmits second input information input by the image reader for the execution result. A fourth information processing device performs a control for displaying the medical image, the execution result, and the second input information, and conserves a comprehensive diagnosis result by the diagnostician.
