Abstract:
The present application discloses an insulating adhesive, an insulating adhesive tape, and a preparation method for the insulating adhesive. The insulating adhesive comprises an insulating adhesive matrix and insulating particles with which the insulating adhesive matrix is doped. The breakdown field strength of the insulating particles is greater than that of the insulating adhesive matrix. As the breakdown field strength of the insulating particles is greater than that of the insulating adhesive matrix, the insulating adhesive matrix is easier to break down than the insulating particles. When an electrostatic discharge current acts on the insulating adhesive, the electrostatic discharge current breaks down the insulating adhesive matrix having poor insulation performance and being easier to break down, and bypasses the insulating particles having better insulation performance and being more difficult to break down, so that the breakdown path of the electrostatic discharge current becomes longer, and the breakdown voltage required to break down the insulating adhesive is increased, thereby improving the insulation performance of the insulating adhesive.
