Abstract:
The present application relates to a laser resistance trimming system. The laser resistance trimming system comprises a resistor connection device, a channel conversion device, a measurement device, a main control device, and a resistance trimming device. During use, the resistor connection device is electrically connected to a resistor to be trimmed. The channel conversion device is electrically connected to the resistor connection device. The measurement device comprises a comparison circuit and a measurement circuit. The measurement circuit is electrically connected to the channel conversion device, supplies a measurement current to said resistor by means of the channel conversion device, and measures a voltage value of said resistor by means of the channel conversion device and the resistor connection device. The comparison circuit is electrically connected to the measurement circuit, and is used for determining whether the voltage of said resistor reaches a preset value. The main control device is separately electrically connected to the measurement circuit and the channel conversion device. The resistance trimming device is separately electrically connected to the main control device and the measurement circuit. The laser resistance trimming system can quickly respond when said resistor reaches the preset value, and achieve continuous resistance trimming of different resistors to be trimmed.
