A linear motor with a coil externally nested with a shell, which is characterized by comprising a housing (1), wherein the housing (1) is internally provided with a rotor assembly (2) and a stator assembly (3) corresponding to and cooperating with the rotor assembly (2), the stator assembly (3) comprises a coil (31) and an FPC board (33) for connecting the coil (31) with an external circuit, the coil (31) is externally nested with a shell (32), and the rotor assembly (2) is provided with a permanent magnet (21) corresponding to and cooperating with the coil (31). The coil (31) is externally nested with the shell (32), which improves the structural stability of the coil (31), has a safety protection function for the coil (31), increases the magnetic permeability of the overall magnetic circuit, improves the received magnetic induction intensity of the coil (31), improves the magnetic circuit of the product, improves the energy utilization rate and the vibration power of the product, effectively increases a BL value of the product, has a good vibration effect, thereby improving the stability, the reliability and the process yield of the product.
