Abstract:
A linear vibration motor comprises housing portions (1, 7), a mass block (3), and flat springs (4). The flat springs are connected to the mass block and the housing portions, and provide an elastic force along a z-axis direction to enable the mass block to move up or down along the z-axis direction. Each of the flat springs comprises two vibration arms (42) disposed thereon. The two vibration arms have 180-degree rotational symmetry about an x-axis. The flat springs are S-shaped or inverted Z-shaped, or formed by combining two V-shaped vibration arms. The number of the flat springs may be two or four, and the flat springs are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the mass block, respectively. The linear vibration motor can effectively increase a difference between frequencies of a first order vibration and a second order vibration, thereby effectively preventing polarization.
