Abstract:
Provided is liquid accommodation member for a coating tool, whereby forming a liquid accommodation tube for ink or the like from a material containing a paper base material, rather than polypropylene or another such plastic used in prior art, reduces the amount of plastic used and thus the impact on the environment. This liquid accommodation member for a coating tool is characterized by having: a structure that has at least three layers comprising a paper base material laminate provided with an inner layer of a paper base material and an intermediate layer that is formed on an outer surface side of the inner layer and is a metal layer or silica deposition layer, and an outer layer comprising a paper base material that is formed on an outer surface side of the intermediate layer, the paper base material laminate being wound into a spiral shape; a structure in which an outer layer comprising the paper base material on the outer surface side of the intermediate layer is wound into a spiral shape; and a layer of polyolefin resin-containing adhesive between the inner layer and the intermediate layer and/or between the intermediate layer and the outer layer.
