Abstract:
Provided is a liquid chromatography component with improved durability. This liquid chromatography component is provided with: an analysis column filled with a filler; a passing liquid inlet; and a filter arranged upstream of said filler and downstream of said passing liquid inlet. By adjusting the volume of the space upstream of said filter in the liquid chromatography component to be within an appropriate range, the increase in passing liquid pressure caused by repeated use in said liquid chromatography component is suppressed.
