Abstract:
A liquid path system for sheath flow, and control method. As a sheath liquid injector (32) is controllably connected to a sheath liquid pool, a sheath liquid inlet (22) and a reaction pool (10), when a sample is cleaned, a sheath liquid is directly injected into the reaction pool (10) and a flow chamber (20) by means of a first liquid path control device, so that the sheath liquid used for cleaning does not contain the sample, and a liquid pump (50) is used for providing a negative pressure suction force, so as to provide sufficient power for the sheath liquid used for cleaning, so that after successively passing through a sample transmission pipeline (71) and a sample injector (31), the sheath liquid is discharged out of the liquid path system for sheath flow, improving the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect of the liquid path system for sheath flow
