Abstract:

A liquid sprinkling device according to the present invention comprises: a rotary shaft disposed along the vertical direction; and at least one liquid flowing member that is mounted to said rotary shaft. Here, the liquid flowing member comprises: a discharge unit disposed at an upper portion thereof; a liquid absorbing unit disposed at a lower portion thereof; and a cylindrical flow channel which extends between the discharge unit and the liquid absorbing unit. The cylindrical flow channel is formed in a bent shape so as to make the discharge unit oriented downward.
