Abstract:
A living cell cryopreservation tool (1) is provided with a main body (3) formed from a cold-resistant material, and a living cell holding part (2) formed from a cold-resistant material. The living cell holding part (2) is provided with an elongated living cell attachment holding part (22). The living cell attachment holding part (22) has: a plurality of concave parts (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d, 28e) for storing living cells and disposed along the lengthwise direction of the living cell attachment holding part (22); and excess cryopreservation liquid discharge paths (29a, 29b, 29c, 29d, 29e, 29f) connected to the concave parts (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d, 28e) for storing living cells.
