Abstract:
This thin film solar cell module is configured by laminating a transparent insulating substrate (11), a first transparent conductive layer (12), a semiconductor thin film photoelectric conversion layer (13) and a second transparent conductive layer (14) sequentially in this order and further laminating a reflective substrate, which has a metal reflective layer (16) on the surface of a base (17) that is formed of a metal, a plastic or glass, so that the metal reflective layer (16) faces the second transparent conductive layer (14) with a transparent insulating layer (15) interposed therebetween. The surface of the base (17) is formed as a flat surface or a corrugated surface that has V-shaped grooves or four-sided pyramids at intervals of 16 μm or more, and the angle between two opposing surfaces of each V-shaped groove or four-sided pyramid is from 120˚ to 145˚.
