Abstract:
The present invention facilitates alignment of a machine tool. This machine tool comprises: a first main spindle for gripping one end side of a workpiece; a second main spindle for gripping the other end side of the workpiece; a sensor for detecting a physical quantity relating to vibration when the first main spindle and the second main spindle are rotating synchronously, in a state in which the first main spindle and the second main spindle are gripping the workpiece; and a control unit for performing alignment of the first main spindle and the second main spindle on the basis of the physical quantity.
