Abstract:
This machining device is provided with a machining unit (10) that supplies cutting oil to the surface (3a) to be machined of an object (3) to be machined and machines the surface (3a), the device being configured to be provided with: an optical sensor body (22) that divides light emitted from a frequency sweeping light source (31a) for emitting light, the frequency of which changes periodically, into irradiation light radiated to the object (3) and reference light, irradiates the object (3) with the irradiation light, detects the peak frequency of interference light between the reference light and reflected light which is the irradiation light reflected on the object (3), and measures the distance from the machining device to the surface (3a) to be machined on the basis of the peak frequency; and a shape calculation unit (75) that calculates the shape of the object (3) to be machined on the basis of the distance measured by the optical sensor body (22).
