Abstract:
A maintenance evaluation system (501) comprises a maintenance assistance device (300) and operating equipment (190) that is used by a user. Upon receiving a work identifier (71) that identifies maintenance work of an air conditioner from the operating equipment (190), an evaluation screen display unit (310) displays, on the operating equipment (190), an evaluation screen (90) used to evaluate the maintenance work. An acquisition unit (320) acquires, via the evaluation screen (90), an evaluation for the list of maintenance work displayed on the evaluation screen (90). A report generation unit (330) generates a work report (52), which is a report of the maintenance work, on the basis of the evaluation for the list of maintenance work.
