Abstract:
Provided is a scheme for supporting suitable matching between clients and service providers. A matching support system according to the present invention stores basic information, which relates to individual ones of a plurality of providers of a service, request information, which relates to a request accepted from a client of the service, reliability levels, which are information indicating the levels of reliability of the individual ones of the plurality of providers, and information indicating expertise levels of the individual providers in relation to the service. The matching support system determines the difficulty level of the request on the basis of the request information; extracts candidate providers of the service from the basic information so as to extract providers having higher reliability levels as the difficulty level of the request becomes higher, thereby generating first extraction results; extracts candidate providers of the service from the first extraction results so as to extract providers having higher expertise levels in relation to the service as the difficulty level of the request becomes higher, thereby generating second extraction results; and presents a user with the candidate providers based on the second extraction results.
