Abstract:
The present application provides a novel heat-dissipation cast aluminum rotor of a new energy vehicle. An aluminum ring is designed to be in an annular inclined plane shape; the outer wall of the aluminum ring is gathered outwards; the outer wall of the aluminum ring is an inclined surface; when the rotor rotates, air around the rotor flows towards the outer side along an iron core; wind blown outwards in the inclined surface direction is formed on the surface of the rotor, and is blown to a space between a stator and the rotor and to an end of a rotating shaft for heat dissipation; moreover, the inner wall of the aluminum ring is gathered inwards, the inner wall of the aluminum ring is an inclined face; when the rotor rotates, air around the rotor flows towards the inner side along the iron core; air suctioned into the aluminum ring in the inclined surface direction is formed on the surface of the rotor and is blown into the iron core, so that the heat dissipation effect is achieved.
