Abstract:
A medical connector comprising a housing which is provided with a male connector attaching/detaching part and forms a liquid flow path, and a valve which can be moved up and down with respect to the housing, between a closed position for closing the male connector attaching/detaching part and an open position that allows a flow path in the male connector to communicate with the liquid flow path by the valve being pressed down from the closed position by the male connector against an urging force, wherein the valve comprises a head part which closes the male connector attaching/detaching part when the valve is in a closed state at the closed position, and a body part which is connected to the bottom end of the head part and receives the urging force, and the Young's modulus of the body part is larger than that of the head part.
