Abstract:

The present disclosure provides, for example, a medical information managing device, method, and program that enable a protecting person to present to a hospital with a protected person, without carrying documents relating to the protected person. A medical information managing device (100) is provided with: an acquiring unit (142) for acquiring identifying information of a protecting person upon visiting a medical institution; an authentication control unit (143) for performing authentication on the protecting person on the basis of the identifying information acquired of the protecting person; and a presenting unit (145) which, if the authentication of the protecting person is successful, presents medical information of a protected person associated with the identifying information acquired of the protecting person.
