Abstract:
Provided is a method by which a computing device adaptively encodes a video for real-time streaming. The method may comprise the steps of: identifying a network band; identifying whether there is a scene change in a first frame on the basis of at least some of the partial frames of the first frame and at least one second frame before the first frame; determining a preprocessing specification for the first frame on the basis of the network band and whether there is a scene change; preprocessing the first frame on the basis of the preprocessing specification; and encoding the first frame.
