Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and system for predicting age by using a microbiome, wherein a prediction terminal can use a pre-trained age prediction model and output one or more of age, an age comparison result value, and a customized prescription, and the age prediction model selects, as variables, microorganisms that show a clear correlation with age and selects only microbial variables that have an actual effect on determining age among numerous microorganisms through a plurality of variable selection processes, thus making it possible to increase the accuracy of predicting age.
