Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a low-magnetostriction oriented silicon steel plate, comprising the steps of: (a) smelting and casting; (b) heating; (c) normalizing; (d) cold rolling; (e) decarburization annealing; (f) finished product annealing; and (g) hot drawing annealing comprising insulating coating application. A coating amount difference between insulating coatings is determined according to a deflection difference between two surfaces of a silicon steel substrate subjected to single-sided laser scribing in step (g); then the insulating coatings are formed, according to the coating amount difference, on the two surfaces of the silicon steel substrate manufactured in steps (a)-(f), the coating amount difference between the insulating coatings on the two surfaces meeting said coating amount difference. Also disclosed is an oriented silicon steel plate manufactured with the method.
