Abstract:
Provided is a method for preparing a graphene far infrared additive, comprising smashing expanded graphite to obtain smashed expanded graphite; pre-mixing the smashed expanded graphite with a carbon black powder, a resin and an auxiliary to obtain a premix; adding a solvent into the premix, and stirring same to obtain a uniform bubble-free ink precursor dispersion liquid; and subjecting the ink precursor dispersion liquid to an exfoliation process to obtain the graphene far infrared additive. The prepared graphene far infrared additive has a good dispersibility, can be directly added into a coating layer and a printing paste, and the far infrared performance thereof is good.
