Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a phosphorescent polyester film and, more specifically, to: a method for preparing a phosphorescent polyester film, which is harmless to the human body by not containing radioactive material, the method performing corona treatment on the surface of a polyester base film and, further, establishing the optimal condition for a coating mixture containing a phosphorescent pigment, thereby strengthening the adhesion of the phosphorescent pigment so as to prevent the peeling and the separation of the phosphorescent pigment from the film during the coating thereof, and exhibiting a semi-permanent phosphorescent/light emission function with long light emitting time and excellent light emitting characteristics; and a phosphorescent film, a phosphorescent yarn, a phosphorescent powder, a phosphorescent hot-melt film, and an industrial subsidiary material prepared by the same.
