Title:
METHOD FOR PREPARING SUSTAINED-RELEASE OXYGEN OMISSION TYPE IN SITU CROSS-LINKED HYDROGEL USING CALCIUM PEROXIDE AND BIOMEDICAL USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/026204
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sustained-release oxygen omission type in situ cross-linked hydrogel using calcium peroxide. The novel form of oxygen omission type in situ cross-linked hydrogel thus prepared is characterized in that the hydrogel is formed by inducing disulfide bonds on a polymer main chain having thiol reactive groups by oxygen generated from the decomposition of calcium peroxide and the oxygen generated in the hydrogel is emitted in a sustained-release type. In addition, the present invention can solve the restrictions of an existing oxygen delivery system, can produce a sustained-release oxygen emission type in situ cross-linked hydrogel through a simple and prompt method, and further can easily control physical/chemical/biological characteristics of the hydrogel according to the preparation conditions.
