Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for producing a plurality of metal clad laminates. This production method comprises at least: a thermal compression bonding step wherein a laminate material is introduced by the intermediary of a pair of protective materials (C1, C2) that are respectively in contact with a pair of pressure rolls (r1, r2), and the laminate material is thermal compression bonded by means of the pressure rolls, said laminate material being composed of at least a pair of outermost layer metal foils (M1, M2) that are respectively in contact with the pair of protective materials (C1, C2), and at least a pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F), and wherein the laminate material is thermal compression bonded in such a state where the at least a pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F) are in contact with each other in the laminate material; and a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film separation step wherein the at least a pair of thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer films (F, F) are separated from each other after the thermal compression bonding step.
