Abstract:
Disclosed are: a method for producing a cell population that includes regulatory T cells, said method comprising (1) a step for culturing a cell population including pluripotent stem cell-derived CD4+ T cells in the presence of at least one substance selected from the group consisting of CDK8 and/or CDK19 inhibitors, TNFR2 agonists, mTOR inhibitors, and TGF-βR agonists; a cell population including regulatory T cells obtained by said method; and a drug containing said cell population that includes regulatory T cells.
