Abstract:
This method for rearing pigs, according to one embodiment, is characterized by feeding a group of multiple pigs, which have just been weened, a feed designed such that the branched chain amino acid content is at least 1.7-times the content in feed required by NRC regulations (2012), the feeding being for at least two weeks continuously, starting from immediately after weaning.
