Abstract:
A method and system for mounting a large steel bridge, for use in mounting a large steel bridge (120) on piers (130) by means of a transport ship (110), a three-dimensional jack (140) being provided on each of the piers (130). The method comprises: the finally assembled large steel bridge (120) is slid to the transport ship (110) by means of sliding supporting frames (150), the large steel bridge (120) is bound on the sliding supporting frames (150), and the sliding supporting frames (150) can bear load caused by self-weight during shipment and acceleration during marine transportation; after the transport ship (110) reaches a specified mounting position, an anchor is dropped for positioning, and ballasting is performed by using a ballasting system, such that the bridge bottom surface of the large steel bridge (120) is in contact with the three-dimensional jacks (140) on the piers (130); the large steel bridge (120) is supported by the three-dimensional jacks (140); after the height of the transport ship (110) between the bridge bottom surface of the large steel bridge (120) and the sliding supporting frames (150) reaches a safe height, the transport ship moves out of the specified mounting position, so as to complete mounting. According to the system, the final assembly of the large steel bridge is completed before mounting, and the jacks are used for mounting, such that construction difficulty is reduced.
