Abstract:
A method and system for realizing monitoring of a calling center system by SIP soft-terminal, the method is: step 01, when an application server receiving monitoring request sent by the monitor, the application server informs the SIP soft-terminal to start monitoring function by position software of the monitor telephonist; step 02, after starting the monitoring, the SIP soft-terminal of the monitored telephonist mixes the speech communicated by the telephonist and a client, and sends the speech data to the SIP soft-terminal of the monitor in time; step 03, the SIP soft-terminal of the monitor receives the speech data, and plays to the monitor to realize the monitoring; step 04, judging whether the call is end, if the call is end, the SIP soft-terminal of the monitored telephonist stops mixing the speech and stops sending the speech data, the monitoring is end.
