Abstract:
Disclosed are preparations of a silsesquioxane containing double silicon-hydrogen bonds, a corresponding polysilsesquioxane and a cross-linked body thereof. The silsesquioxane containing double silicon-hydrogen bonds has a general formula as shown in formula I, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl and derivative groups thereof. A cyclic organosilicon compound containing double silicon-hydrogen bonds serving as a raw material is reacted with an organosilicon compound containing a dialkoxy or a disilicon-hydroxyl, such that a polysilsesquioxane can be generated, and the obtained polysilsesquioxane can be subjected to a ring-opening reaction under catalytic heating conditions to form the cross-linked body. The cross-linked body has good stability and heat resistance, such that same can be used in the fields of LED packaging, etc.
