Abstract:
Provided are methods of producing exosomes by culturing isolated stem cells with an effective amount of at least one immunoregulatory factor. The thus-produced exosomes are enriched in anti-inflammatory miRNAs and/or miRNAs that inhibits the epithelial-mesenchymal transition.
