Abstract:
This mold is provided with a position adjustment mechanism that receives a shaft part extending from a cavity mold accommodating a preform, and that adjusts a position at which the cavity mold is held in a plane crossing an extending direction of the shaft part. The position adjustment mechanism is provided with a first member on which a linear cam hole for receiving the shaft part is formed, and a second member that is arranged overlapping the first member in the extending direction of the shaft part and rotates with respect to the first member along the plane. The second member has a long hole that crosses the cam hole in the plane direction and positions the shaft part together with the cam hole. Further, a position at which the cam hole and the long hole cross each other moves along a longitudinal direction of the cam hole as the second member rotates.
