Abstract:
A mold for a PVC solid foam flooring, comprising a mold housing (1) provided therein with a molding cavity and a core rod (2) connected to the mold housing (1) and provided within the molding cavity. The core rod (2) is a solid core rod; moreover, the core rod (2) is provided on the upper surface thereof with several upper protruding parts (21), upper recessed parts (22) being provided between adjacent upper protruding parts (21); and, the core rod (2) being provided on the lower surface thereof with several lower protruding parts (23), and lower recessed parts (24) being provided between adjacent lower protruding parts (23). The mold employs the solid core rod having irregularly shaped surfaces, effectively solves the problem of bulging found in the prior art in which a PVC foam panel is produced per a hollow core rod method, and also solves the problem of the hollow core rod having a short service life.
