Abstract:
The present invention provides a program for imparting electrical stimulation to muscles, wherein: a computer of an electrical stimulation device provided with a signal impression unit that impresses a voltage signal on an electrode group is caused to execute a function for controlling the signal impression unit to thereby repeatedly impress a plurality of pulse waveform groups as the voltage signal on the electrode group; and the plurality of pulse waveform groups include a first pulse waveform group intermittently impressed every first cycle corresponding to frequencies of 15-25 Hz, and a second pulse waveform group impressed outside the impression period of the first pulse waveform group in the first cycle.
