Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a novel method for detecting small RNA and the use thereof. Disclosed in the present invention is a novel method for detecting the 3' end modification of sRNA, which comprises a TANT-seq and a TE-qPCR method. The detection method disclosed in the present invention provides a new technical means for the detection and identification of sRNA-cP, and also provides a new idea for one-time qualitative/semi-quantitative/quantitative identification of various terminal-modified sRNAs.
