Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are an offshore tower mooring foundation and a wind turbine generator set. The offshore tower mooring foundation comprises a tower foundation for supporting a tower, a fixing base for being fixed to the seabed, and an adapter device, which is connected to the tower foundation and the fixing base, wherein the adapter device is provided with a pivot shaft, and the adapter device comprises an adapter frame, such that the adapter frame can rotate around the pivot shaft; and the tower foundation is connected to the adapter frame, so as to rotate around the pivot shaft along with the adapter frame. The fixing base is fixed to the seabed, such that the tower foundation connected thereto can be prevented from freely drifting out of control, which results in same colliding with other components, thereby improving the safety and reliability of the offshore tower mooring foundation.
