Abstract:
In order to easily manage filtration characteristics and ensure sufficient strength, an oil filter filters oil by being interposed in an oil passage and causing oil that flows through the oil passage to pass through filtration holes 11a in a filter main body 10 comprising plates 11, 12 that are alternately laminated and have filtration holes 11a and through-holes 12a formed at mutually facing sites, said through-holes 12a having a larger internal diameter than the filtration holes 11a. The plates 11, 12 are joined in a state in which the entire opening area of the filtration holes 11a is arranged inside the opening area of the through-holes 12a.
