Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for an olefin epoxidation catalyst. The method comprises: (1) preparing a titanium silicon gel; (2) performing pore-enlarging treatment on the titanium silica gel by using an organic amine or liquid ammonia, drying and calcining to obtain a titanium-silicon composite oxide; (3) optionally carrying out an alcoholic solution treatment of an organic alkali metal salt; and (4) optionally performing a gas phase silane treatment. According to the method of the present invention, pore diameter of the catalyst prepared has modifiable character to have a higher activity for epoxidation of olefin molecules of different kinetic diameters; and the two-step modification of the catalyst effectively reduces the surface acidity of the catalyst, giving the catalyst a higher selectivity to epoxidation products.
