Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an oxyhydrogen gas mixture generation device capable of stably generating an oxyhydrogen gas mixture by electrolysis, an oxyhydrogen gas mixture generation method and an oxyhydrogen gas mixture. [Solution] An oxyhydrogen gas mixture generation device 1 which has an electrolyzer 10 for performing electrolysis by immersing a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 12 in water, and a power supply device 50 for supplying a prescribed electric current to the first electrode 11 and second electrode 12, and which generates an oxyhydrogen gas mixture by mixing the hydrogen gas and oxygen gas produced by the electrodes, the oxyhydrogen gas mixture generation device being characterized in that the power supply device 50 alternatingly reverses the polarity of the first electrode 11 and second electrode 12.
